freeman HempEvolution.org
San Francisco, CA Jan 26, 2005 -- Judge Charles Breyer postponed Robert Schmidt's sentencing until March 9, 2005 to allow Mr. Schmidt's new public defender, Josh Cohn, time to file a supplemental memorandum regarding his poor health and advancing age [53] for the court record.
Schmidt, who has pled guilty to a charge of maintaining a place for manufacture of marijuana, faces a possible five years in federal prison. He was accompanied by several supporters.
