Lepp "Fall" Accidentally [on Purpose]?

San Francisco, CA Feb 25, 2005 -- Eddy Lepp's hearing today was rescheduled to Monday, February 28, 2005 9:30 AM due to the illness of his court appointed attorney, David Fermino.  Eddy has been in custody for 11 days without a hearing.

His other lawyer, Dennis Roberts, is on vacation in Hawaii and has been unavailable.  Mr. Lepp is scheduled to appear before Magistrate Judge Maria-Elena James. Courtroom B, 15th Floor, Phillip Burton Federal Building; 450 Golden Gate Ave.

Daniel Barnes, Eddy Lepp's co-defendant saw Eddy when both were in custody and claimed Eddy was covered in bruises. He also stated that Eddy was dragged to the floor in a holding cell by deputies after seeing his lawyer, which probably caused his injuries.

Currently, his wife, Linda Senti, was barred from visiting him at San Francisco General Hospital because she couldn't prove she was his spouse.
