pleads guilty to paraphernalia charges |

A
member of the comedy duo "Cheech and Chong" has pleaded guilty
to selling drug paraphernalia.
Tommy Chong, 64, entered his plea Tuesday in federal court in Pittsburgh. The DEA said his business sold thousands of marijuana bongs and pipes under the name Chong Glass. His lawyer said Chong accepts responsibility, but never sold to minors. The 64-year-old actor could face a three-year jail sentence and a $250,000 fine in September. |
