ROB MORSE

From sex to war: Randy Kielich says he saw a suspicious small aircraft cruising back and forth between the Berkeley Hills and the Golden Gate Bridge, so he reported it to the SFPD, which connected him to the FAA. He said he learned two things. One: The FAA couldn't find the plane immediately because it was under their radar. Two: The plane was flying too slow for an F-16 or F- 15 to come alongside.
So much for the Gray Davis version of NORAD. Kielich says he was told the plane was PG&E's and it was looking at power lines. He's suspicious that it really was searching for hothouses growing pot.

It should have flown over to the city of Herb. Mark Leno says since he proposed that the city grow its own medical marijuana, he's been interviewed by CNN, BBC and even Ollie North. Today, Leno will be on the Donahue show. Curiously, Donahue is the one who seems like he inhales, not Leno. Or at least the one with the munchies.
