Based on constitutional principles & California Proposition 215 rights, as well as the ideals of medical freedom & choice in matters of health, LAMPS will benefit marijuana patients by sharing information & experiences, facilitating access to medicine, providing legal referrals & organizing politically based on our rights.

Union membership will include medical marijuana patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals & supporters, with emphasis placed on the patient's health & well-being...Decisions will be based on consensus or failing that, a majority membership vote by those present. If a member is not present, they may challenge the vote at the next meeting.

Help us create an organization dedicated to informing & educating, while uniting the broader medical marijuana community on common ground: shared goals, universal principles & a plan for action...

End the War on medical marijuna patients. End the confiscations. Restore Constitutional Rights. Enforce patient's Prop 215 rights. Replace prohibition with reasonable regulation. Reschedule marijuana to allow prescription access. Equality for medical cannabis users. Stop the prosecution of medical marijuana patients & their caregivers...
